Projects
Asian Fashion Archive
In May 2020, I created the Asian Fashion Archive, a digital platform dedicated to showcasing the rich heritage of Asian fashion, culture, and history. This project includes a website and an Instagram page.
Social Media & Digital Engagement in Fashion Studies
As the Social Media Editor for the International Journal of Fashion Studies and Social Media Coordinator for the Costume Society of America, I develop and implement strategies to engage global audiences with fashion scholarship. Through curated content, digital campaigns, and community-building initiatives, I help bridge academic research with wider public discourse, making fashion history and theory more accessible across social media platforms.
"Fashion & Memory" Column for Fashion & Market
"Fashion & Memory" is a column featured in Fashion & Market (F&M), where I interview fashion creatives and practitioners to explore how their family photos reflect their cultural heritage and influence their work. Each conversation highlights the powerful role of personal and collective memory in shaping creative practices, offering a window into the deep connections between identity, family, and fashion.
Exhibition: Eleanor Lambert: Empress of Seventh Avenue
In March 2020, I co-curated the exhibition Eleanor Lambert: Empress of Seventh Avenue at The Museum at FIT. It is the first exhibition to explore the life of Eleanor Lambert (1903–2003) and her tireless advocacy for American fashion designers and the New York fashion industry. Lambert is widely recognized as the original fashion publicist and, over the span of her 75-year career, she worked passionately to legitimize New York and the United States as international fashion centers.
Global Fashion Capitals Fair
To coincide with The Museum at FIT's Global Fashion Capitals exhibition (2015), I organized the Global Fashion Capitals Fair, where visitors interacted with members of the international fashion community. Collaborators included SUNY Confucius Institute for Business, The Finnish Cultural Institute of New York's Mobius program, the Consulate of Spain in New York, and the Consulate of Turkey in New York.
